How to pay voice actors with Voice123’s Pay Now service

  • You’ll be redirected to a payment page where you can enter the necessary details and complete the payment securely.
  • After you’ve successfully completed the payment, you’ll be redirected to a Payment project that Voice123 generates for your reference.
  • The voice actor will be notified of your payment and will have the option to accept, decline, or negotiate.
  • When the voice actor accepts the payment, we will promptly release their funds. Should the voice actor choose to decline or negotiate, our Customer Success team will get in touch to help you complete your project successfully.

1. I don’t see the ‘Pay’ button in the message thread. What should I do?

The ‘Pay’ button appears after you’ve started your project with the voice actor. Book the voice actor via the ‘Book’ button in the message thread on the voice actor’s profile or on their proposal. Complete the ‘Secure Payment’ for your booking. You will then find the ‘Pay’ button in the message thread for all subsequent payments. 2. Where do I download my invoice?

A copy of the invoice is sent to your email every time you complete a Secure Payment on Voice123. If you missed it, follow these steps to download your invoice:

  1. Navigate to your ‘Projects’ inbox on Voice123.
    Identify the specific project for which you need the invoice.
  2. Go to the ‘Details’ tab (for payment projects), or the ‘Terms’ tab (for bookings).
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Payments’ section, click on the payment, and you’ll find the option to download the invoice.
