HOW DOES OUR APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?

We’ve created an inclusive and transparent process that identifies candidates who can thrive in our culture and contribute to the success of our strategy. Our advice for you is to ‘just be yourself.’
This five-stage process usually takes between one and two weeks (depending on your availability)

STEP 1

Apply for a position

Our team will evaluate your application as per the job requirements detailed in the role description.

STEP 2

Meet & Greet

If everything aligns, you’ll be invited to a 15-minute interview with our hiring manager to meet, discuss your suitability for the position, and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3

Role Assignment

Depending on the meet and greet, you’ll receive an assignment in accordance with the position you applied for. This must be completed within a designated timeframe.

STEP 4

A round of interviews

These are typically 45 minutes and will be back-to-back. You can choose from two sets of available days and times. (Additional steps might be necessary).
Who will conduct the interviews?

– First interview: The hiring manager will establish whether you’re a professional fit.

– Second Interview: The Head of Business Operations will decide whether you’re the right cultural fit according to the ad.

– Third interview: The CEO will evaluate your ability to adapt to Voice123’s growth mindset and potential for future transitions. 

STEP 5

The final decision

After all three interviews have been conducted (and any additional steps completed), our team will thoroughly review your application and make a final decision. If the result is positive, we'll send you a meeting invite to present and discuss the relevant job offer.

Good to know:

You can expect an answer from us within 1-2 business days for each stage of the hiring process.
If there is an unavoidable delay, we will keep you updated.
We know how discouraging silence can be, so even if the result is not positive, you'll still receive a courtesy notification of rejection.
Our People Ops team will be your main point of contact and will support you throughout the application process.
