Why did I receive more proposals than I requested?

You might receive more proposals than you requested because we allow all the voice actors matched to a project to submit a proposal as long as the deadline hasn’t been reached or before the project closes. This ensures that voice actors don’t rush and compromise the quality of their auditions. 

Our Customer Success department also ensures that when project proposals surpass the amount requested, we pause the proposals so the client can determine if they want to hear from more voice actors. You can manually close your project to prevent further submissions.
