Voice123 Subscription Terms 

Currently, Voice123 offers annual, quarterly, and monthly subscriptions on Voice123.com for several Voice123 membership plans. The subscription period is selected by you during the enrollment process. Any additional subscription periods we may offer in the future will be subject to these terms and any additional terms presented to you at the time of enrollment. Monthly subscription plans are subject to different cancellation and refund terms than annual and quarterly plans, as further described below.

Fees and Payments; Automatic Renewal and Cancellation.

All subscriptions are automatically renewing. This means that once you become a subscriber, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your payment method on file will be charged based on the subscription program you have chosen unless you opt out or cancel by following the instructions in this Subscription Agreement. By subscribing to Voice123 membership plans, you authorize Voice123 to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your payment method on file. Voice123 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of annual and quarterly subscription plans. Additional terms and conditions apply, as described in the “Cancellations and Refunds” section below. To request a refund under this policy, please contact Voice123 at help@voice123.com. This guarantee does not apply to monthly subscription plans or to any subscription purchased at a promotional, discounted, or special offer rate.

When you initially subscribe to Voice123, your payment method on file will be charged immediately for the initial term of the subscription at the then-current fee for the applicable subscription period. Unless you notify Voice123 of your decision to terminate your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term at the then-current fee.

You will be charged in advance for the renewal term of the subscription service on your applicable billing date (the “Billing Date”), which will be the corresponding quarterly or annual anniversary of your subscription activation date. Each charge on the applicable Billing Date applies to the subscription period immediately following the Billing Date (e.g., a charge for an annual subscription applies to the year immediately following the Billing Date). You understand that any applicable sales or use taxes will be payable by you, and may be included in each periodic statement.

Voice123 may, in its sole discretion, downgrade your paid membership and remove the associated paid benefits without prior notice if Voice123 is unable to process your payment or if payment is past due, regardless of the amount owed. In such an event, your account may be converted to a free membership tier. You may update any of your billing information (including a change to your desired billing payment method) through your membership details on Voice123.com/plans.

BY COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO VOICE123 SERVICES:

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD;

YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BILLED AT THE START OF EACH NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD; AND

THAT PERIODIC CHARGES FOR EACH NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE.

Renewal Notices: If your subscription is set to automatically renew, Voice123 will send renewal reminder emails prior to your renewal date, including approximately thirty (30) days and one (1) day before the applicable renewal payment date.

Opting Out of Renewal.
YOU MAY TERMINATE ENROLLMENT IN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING VOICE123 ONLINE, EMAILING HELP@VOICE123.COM, OR DIRECTLY THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT BY NAVIGATING TO “YOUR PLAN” AT VOICE123.COM/PLANS AND DISABLING AUTO-RENEWAL. 

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, THE CANCELLATION WILL TAKE EFFECT AT THE END OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS UNTIL THAT TIME. CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO A REFUND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE “CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS” SECTION OF THESE TERMS.

Unauthorized Charges.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU, AND NOT VOICE123, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE BY A THIRD PARTY WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU.

Billing Discrepancies.

Unless you notify VOICE123 of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your payment statement, they will be deemed accepted by you and you release VOICE123 from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any such error or discrepancy.

Fees Subject to Change.

Voice123 may change the fees and charges then in effect by providing advance notice or by posting updated fees on Voice123.com. It is your responsibility to review current pricing. All fees and charges associated with your account will be billed to your payment method on file. If you wish to use a different payment method or if your payment information changes (including expiration), you must update your details through your membership settings on Voice123.com/plans.

Cancellations and Refunds.

First-time members may cancel a subscription within thirty (30) days of their initial purchase and receive a full refund, unless the subscription was purchased at a promotional, discounted, or special offer rate. This money-back guarantee applies only to initial purchases of annual and quarterly subscription plans and does not apply to monthly subscription plans. To request a refund under this policy, you must contact Voice123 by submitting a support request at www.voice123.com/contact or by emailing help@voice123.com.

For renewals of annual and quarterly subscription plans, members may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date, provided that the account has not been used during that period. For purposes of this section, “use” includes, without limitation, submitting proposals, responding to messages, accessing or using paid features, or otherwise receiving any benefit from the subscription.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Except as expressly provided above, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellations may be made by filing a customer support ticket at www.voice123.com/contact, or by emailing help@voice123.com. Your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Central Time) on the appropriate day as described above, or earlier. All refunds will be given to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

Account Credits.

Voice123 may, at its sole discretion, issue account credits in connection with plan changes, downgrades, billing adjustments, or other account-related circumstances. Such credits are provided as a courtesy, are not guaranteed, and are determined solely by Voice123. Account credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used toward eligible Voice123 services as specified by Voice123. Credits are not refunds and are not redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent. Voice123 reserves the right to modify or revoke credits if issued in error. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, credits will expire twelve [12 months] from the date of issuance.
