Work-life balance.
Does that sound like an overused cliche?
We tend to agree.

While the traditional scales of work-life balance have long shaped the employment sector, they’ve also created a sense of competition between work and life; without creating any real balance.
That's why we choose to focus on work-life integration
This approach creates greater synergy between all the areas that define our lives. And since everyone has different needs, we’ve created a perks policy that allows you to take care of your needs on your terms, since your well-being is our well-being.

How do we make it happen?

How do we make it happen?

1. Fundamental perks

Like air and water, having the right equipment set up and health insurance contributes greatly to one's mental and physical health. That's why the following two perks are fundamental to your onboarding.
Equipment and home office set up: You’ll receive a computer, screen, mouse/trackpad, keyboard, headset, desk, and chair to ensure a productive home office set-up with regular check-ins from our People Ops team.

After one year at Voice123, the equipment will belong to you.
Health insurance: There is a USD $300 per month capped budget for a health insurance policy of your choice.

2. Lifestyle perks

<span data-metadata=""><span data-buffer="">Different personalities have different goals and lead different lifestyles, which we fully support. That's why we've created this category to cater to your individual way of life.
Flexible paid time off: Take the time you need to focus on yourself. In fact, we encourage at least 1-2 weeks off every quarter.
Remote work: Work from anywhere in the world with your company computer and a stable internet connection.
Paid sick days: Take paid time off when you’re not feeling well or need time to rest or focus on yourself.
Flexible time management: Since all team members have different work and productivity cycles, flexible time management is allowed according to the goals outlined on the roadmap and depending on the team which you are part of.
Parental Leave: Bonding with your new family member is important. So, take up to four months of paid parental leave per child during your tenure at Voice123.
Financial advisor consultation during onboarding: To minimize the stress of learning how to pay your taxes and social costs, we’ll cover the cost of the financial consultation.

Education budget: Each quarter, we dedicate a budget to investing in our employee’s education. This is distributed according to individual requests.
Leadership development: Special training for leaders to help them improve their leadership and management skills.
Shadowing sessions: Learn about other teams and team members roles; goals, workflows and best practices.
