For over 20 years I’ve dedicated my life to connecting people. My passion in life is to be a bridge between my two worlds. To connect the English and Spanish speaking audiences.
I majored in Journalism and Communication at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México UNAM and graduated in 1996. Through this experience I had the opportunities to work in media; interning in radio news, assistant producer on a TV show, and had the opportunity to be an Entertainment writer with front page bylines of a major Mexican newspaper.
This well rounded entertainment and media experience laid the foundation for a decades long career that has continued to flourish and expand over the years.
I moved to America in 1999 and hosted a radio show called Rock Radical for 8 years. It was the only radio show playing alternative music in Spanish.
Flash forward to 2004 when I started working in voice overs in Seattle. I pursued Ernesto Pino of Pino Productions for a year before I got my first audition. One line for a national commercial for McDonald’s and my voiceover career was launched.
I’ve had the pleasure of working on incredible international and local projects with brands such as BMW, Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia, Starbucks, and The New York Times and more.
I expanded my services to my clients 8 years ago. I use my experience as a Casting Director, Producer, Voice Over Artist, Translator and Adaptation Specialist to help companies deliver a clear message in their advertising campaigns for the Latino community.
As a latina, I am thrilled to accurately represent the Latinx community to the larger American audience. As someone from Latin America, I know that having a deep understanding of subtle cultural differences can make or break a marketing campaign when targeting Spanish speakers.
This year, I have won the The Gold Pollie Award for the Latinos Vote! Program with People for the American Way, the first political campaign directed at Latino’s in Arizona, been invited to speak at both The VO Atlanta Conference and SOVAS. And will be a judge for the 2021 SOVAS Awards.
As a bilingual Mexican voice over artist with over 20 years of experience, I bring energy, charisma, and an exceptional level of professionalism to all of my projects.
