As a voice-over artist with a unique background as an elementary and high school teacher, I've always loved expressive story-telling. I also spent ten years running a health-related nonprofit organization. Using my voice to engage listeners, communicate clear messages, and motivate others has been my daily work for years.
All of my experiences elevate my voice work in connecting to people of all ages, explaining complicated things, and giving guidance and support. My deep empathy for others aids my emotional character work in audiobooks or longer narrations.
Others have described my voice as grounded, bright, intelligent and trustworthy. Clients appreciate my positive attitude, strong work ethic, and careful listening skills. They also like the extra steps I take to fully collaborate in my projects. I welcome feedback and work hard to turn it into quick adjustments that meet the client's vision. I trained with Edge Studio and Voices for All, and I produce and edit my recordings in my broadcast-quality home studio.
