The main scope of my experience has been answering telephones in a retail industry. I have been told at least once a day that I should be on the radio or doing commercials and frequently apologized to for a pause after my presentation as the client would think I was a recording and they were awaiting instructions. Any form of reading that I do is always listened to intently and with apparent interest in what is being read.
I took a short course in Dallas, Tx. for voice over talents. Other than that my apparent talent would be purely natural as I do not attempt or portray anything other than my natural self on the telephone or in readings.
Given my past experience I feel I would be a great asset in voice services or voice mail greetings and voiceover work. I have done many voice mail messages and voice mail greetings as well as on hold messages. As I have been in the retail industry for many years I do understand a lot about customer relations and delivery of company policy and procedure, this being the case I can deliver precisely what you or company requires to appeal to a wide variety of client bases.
