About Virginia
Virginia is an actor & classically trained singer with a professional portfolio in Voice Over, Music, TV & Film. She received a Prime Time Emmy Award for outstanding editing on the HBO David Simon Show Generation Kill. She composes & performs songs influenced by the folk genre & in 2018-2020 had a residency at Into The Wild Festival. She is currently voicing & producing fiction audiobook Pandora's Sisters, by Michael Stephen Fuchs to be released on Audible this year.
Overall my training and practice as a musician and sound editor have developed a musical sensitivity that supports original, engaging and realistic interpretations of character, script and accent. My background in acting allows me to welcome direction as an exciting component to the creative process of vocal performance. The accents I perform include RP, Estuary English, General American, North Devon, Lancashire, and Latin American-Argentine.
I love engaging with exciting material and bringing script, characters and story to life.
