My voiceover work evolved from having travelled aound the US as a youth, watching too much television, and living in different areas of the country.
When I settled in VT for what would be an 11-year stretch, my NY accent had audibly softened, but was still easily 'accessible'. A close friend with a radio advertising business [Matt Dugan at Shadow Productions] decided to put me to use since I didn't have the 'typical' VT/New England voice. Thus began a 10+ year sideline that I considered to be a hobby. I also did some work for the local ABC station up there [WVNY] thanks to another friend, and did some voiceover narrations at my former job at Telecare/Ch 29 on Long Island.
My experience includes a variety of commercial advertising and public service announcements.
