- Experience, training, and equipmentMy voiceover work evolved from having travelled aound the US as a youth, watching too much television, and living in different areas of the country. When I settled in VT for what would be an 11-year stretch, my NY accent had audibly softened, but was still easily 'accessible'. A close friend with a radio advertising business [Matt Dugan at Shadow Productions] decided to put me to use since I didn't have the 'typical' VT/New England voice. Thus began a 10+ year sideline that I considered to be a hobby. I also did some work for the local ABC station up there [WVNY] thanks to another friend, and did some voiceover narrations at my former job at Telecare/Ch 29 on Long Island. My experience includes a variety of commercial advertising and public service announcements. BA in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook, 1989 Weekend Seminar, Robert McKee's STORY, 2002 AS in Film and Video Production, FULL SAIL, FL, 2004 I have the ability to digitally record to my PC. I can email audio files or burn them to a CD. I am generally an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude, and I also live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
