I've been doing voice-overs and audio production for 10+ years of cumulated experience, with much of my experience in the radio broadcast industry. As an audio engineer, I have the "ear" for high quality audio, and know which certain styles of voice fit in with a certain bed music or background elements. I've worked on spots, liners, promos, show introductions, narrations, and speaking live on-air as a contributor & show host. The greatest reward is the final outcome of the work that I put into using my voice, and the effect that it has on people. I enjoy producing these spots and using my voice as a tool to reach out to others and draw them in, a true marketer at heart.
Associates Degree in Show Production and Touring, Bachelors in Music Business through Full Sail University. It was not until I became an audio production engineer at a radio station out in Colorado. I gained my vocal ability through experience, and through various syndicated show hosts, which only led me to doing more and more with my voice in audio production projects. Learning how to speak effectively from some of the best on air talent, I believe that I'm an asset for any company looking for a genuine voice with an enthusiastic, we-can-do-this attitude.
I have access to multiple types of DAWs both Mac and PC based. I'm efficient with Adobe Audition (all versions), Logic Pro, Audacity, and Garageband (not my favorite, but in a pinch will work). The board that I have spent most time with is Audioarts D75, but very comfortable with any board because of my formal training in the fundamentals and advanced aspects of audio engineering, including digital and analog. The microphone that I have, and prefer to use is an AKG C 3000 condenser, but I can work with generally any microphone that is made available.
As I mentioned above, I am a marketer at heart, love creating voice overs at heart. I enjoy speaking out and drawing in attention over a microphone, whether it's through a live speaker system, or recordings. I have the ability to stand out in a unique, genuine manner, that is easy to listen to on the audience’s ears.
