What do you get if you take a room and place within it a DJ, an old man, a child, a teenager,a dog, a middle aged man, several unique characters and a strong narrator? You get a voice that can adapt and change to each individual situation with ease.
My voiceover career began in radio in 1986 as I worked at a small town radio station in Ky. I have done commercial work, on air DJ work and voice over for promotions.
I have not worked exclusively in the field of voice over, however, have made a career out of public speaking.
1986 - Lindsey Wilson College Radio DJ
1986 - 1988 WAIN Radio - DJ and voiceover for commercials, Columbia, KY
1996 - Voice over work for Wesley Methodist Village in KY
I have been doing public speaking for 21 years in my professional career. I have spent time doing counseling and training, serving as a youth pastor and as a pastor all of which have given me valuable experience in public speaking. In addition, I have spent some time in telephone sales that have helped me work on presentation with my voice.
