Cleveland has been blessed to work with Cleo Parker Robinson Dance for (9) nine seasons, thru this venture, Cleveland has worked in many venues including the DCPA (Denver Center Performing Arts) one of the biggest arts complex’s in the world. The Newman Center (Gates, Bryon) a 87millon dollar complex, and many theatres all across this great nation. Cleveland is also proud to say that in 90-95% of the theatres performed in, they are union houses, and Cleveland is usually the first African American technical director these houses have had.
Cleveland has also had the unbelievable experience of working with some of the most historical choreographers’ in the history of dance, past, modern and future. Cleveland has also had the pleasure of training many young technicians across the nation and in the Denver/Aurora area, since 1989. His internship programs have been the basis for High School/College Credit, Student Grants, Student Scholarships and Full time professional careers in the field.(Total history and references available upon request)

Cleveland (also known has trezie) started playing drums professionally at the tender age of 13, in local churches in the central Illinois area. By the age of 18, he was traveling to spread his professional art with the masses. Cleveland has been blessed to have performed and shared the stage with some of the most prominent musicians and performers of our history. These musicians and performers come from all over the world, making them the most diverse, in race and culture. Cleveland has performed for, just a example of the few:

Cleveland was selected by Dr. Carolyn Jones as Technology Project Manager for the technology renovation of the former Worldwide Samsonite Headquarters Building, the 13 acre, 25 million dollar project site for Challenges Choices Images Technology Literacy Charter School(CCILTC), a K-12 Technology based charter school(the largest African American based charter in the western region),, the CCI Montessori School (Infant to 5 years of age), State of the art Kitchen, State of the art Security system w/badge reader(first of it’s type in the history of Denver School District), (3)three individual 25 seat technology pc based labs, (1)one Mac based state of the art computer lab with instruction in AVID, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Garage Band, Adobe CSE, Brand Marketing, Video Pre/Post Production, Analog/Digital and a world-class pc based HD Multimedia Lab (heralded as the only one of its kind, of any high school in the nation) this particular digital technology multimedia lab is a professional wonder. With instruction in digital sound design, digital 3D animation, digital internet based radio and digital internet based television. This class is being sought out across the nation for Articulation Agreements for the students of the class, therefore meaning college credit for participants. Areas for this project included:

Professional Digital Multimedia Lab
World class, one of a kind digital technology based, multimedia lab. Students are exposed to worldwide competition in 41 different countries against 40,000 students, mostly in college courses (CCI students placed five in the top 20, three in the top 10 and one in the top five) students won awards and recognition amongst their peers and across the country. Students also showcase their projects on internet radio and television shows, and the Annual CCI Purple Duck Multimedia Awards. Student’s line up for this class across the city and surrounding areas. This class utilizes professional hardware and software used by professionals in the field of multimedia, television, radio and gaming (100 billion dollar industry) pre/post professional audio and film production. Students leave the advanced class two years ahead of their peers in college and ready to enter professional job careers through experience and internship programs, set up by Cleveland.
