My natural sound can be described as warm, inviting, respectful, relatable, and guy-next-door. That said, versatility means I'm also at home sounding energetic, corporate, reserved, authoritative, and more.
With many years worked in the corporate world, it's part of my mission to provide corporate pieces that are professional, engaging, and effective (having endured training pieces that were, well, none of those). Specific areas of interest include aviation / transportation and medical. Eight years' prior radio experience included plenty of time in the production studio working on commercials, promos, liners and imaging, and other pieces.
I'm from the Midwestern USA, native to the Chicago area - so dialing up a Chicago accent is just a request away! I can also draw upon my time spent up north in Minnesota and Wisconsin (think the movie, "Fargo"), as well as my current home in southern Ohio (a stone's throw from Kentucky).
