The first VO job I ever booked was for a commercial campaign in the Midwest for the cable provider Mid-Continent Communications. It was back in 2003 and lasted for over three years. I was cast in the television commercials but the campaign also included radio and print ads. That was the beginning of my love for voice over. Since then I have worked on animated television pilots, radio commercials, web series, and telephone recordings. Bachelors Degree in Theater Arts from Minnesota State University Mankato. Six years training with Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop (ongoing). Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Animation classes at The VoiceCaster. I have my own in home studio with the following equipment... -audio-technica AT2020 microphone -Logitech speaker system -pop screen -sound baffles (mic stand and free standing for back bounce) I have been coaching accents and voice for 6 years and been studying for 15. I have an intimate knowledge of vocal musculature and phonetics. A big part of my degree was in musical theater, and am familiar with that aspect of voice as well. I worked in the cell phone industry for many years and am very knowledgeable about technical terms, phrasing, and the need to have the ability to deliver them in a conversational understandable way.
