I have sung and done voiceovers on TV and Radio commercials, in the United States and Canada, for such companies as CP Rail, Sealtest Yogurt, Kool-Aid, Eastern Airlines, Kellogg's Cornflakes, Chattanooga Chewing Tobacco, Molson Canadian and Colt 45 beer, and Mr. Transmission. My voice has a slight country, MOR sound to it, so all of these, with the acception of Kool-Aid, were middle of the road. I sang the Canadian version of the Kool-Aid Man, back in the early 80's.
I have a Bachelor of Music and have been a professional singer/speaker/recording artist, all my life. I have been on countless stages, in night clubs and in concerts, where I learned by experience, the art of communicating and entertaining an audience. I've hosted my own Country Variety TV show with the Global Television Network in Ontario (Easy Country-early 80's, which aired for two years), and co-hosted 8 one-hour national country variety programs for CBC in Canada (Comin' Up Country, Summer replacements for "The Tommy Hunter Show" in the late 70's), with numerous personal appearances on other television programs. For my commercial/jingle experience, I have worked with production houses in Toronto, Montreal and Nashville.
I have a Roland 1680, which is a 16-track digital recording studio that has various built in voice enhancers to choose from. I also have an Audio-Technica 4050 Studio Microphone, which provides extensive performance capabilities and highest quality.
I've always been an active, athletic person. I enjoy tennis, song writing, and meeting people.
