From an early age, storytelling has always been more than reading for me — it's been performance. Every book I picked up came alive out loud, with each character given a distinct voice, emotion, and presence. Whether it was a subtle shift in tone or a full accent (yes, even a British dialect from a kid in Toledo), I found joy in bringing stories to life in a way that felt real and immersive. That passion only grew over time. After five years of French and a foundation in phonetics, I developed a strong ear for accents and vocal variation. Today, I move comfortably between French, Spanish, British (including Cockney), American Southern, Australian, and German — adapting tone and delivery to fit the character and the context. A professional path in patient care taught me that communication and empathy are everything. That instinct now anchors my approach to narration and voice acting: I show up to listen first.
