Steve O'Neill, originally from Los Angeles, currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he has operated his audio and video production company, O'Neill Productions, since 1998. Steve has provided services to clients and brands on national, local, and international levels. In addition, he has been affiliated with SAG/AFTRA as a film and television actor since 1986. Steve began his broadcast and voice-over career in 1978, holding an FCC 3rd Class license with endorsements. His experience spans from small to large markets including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. As a voice-over artist, he delivers character voices, relatable "real guy" personas, authoritative announcers, and provides both hard and soft sell approaches, as well as tongue-in-cheek performances—all characterized by warmth, friendliness, and trustworthiness. Eight voice-over samples are available, along with three writing, casting and creative audio editing/producing samples…illustrating his ability as a VO artist, writer, producer and audio engineer and editor. His high-end studios are designed and equipped with only the best gear, including Neuman mics, Behringer and DBX processing, the warmth and clean sound of the "analog" Soundcraft GB4-24 Mixer, and all recording and editing is done on his DAW of choice...Avid ProTools Studio. The end results? Clean, clear, pristine audio!
