I have been researching over the past 6 to 8 months about voiceovers and what fun it would be to get involved in a rewarding career. I have not done any auditions, but I have been able to still express my voice in various ways to the point that it was used within particular companies. In March of 2000 I started working at Kennedy Kreiger Institute as a Care Center Specialist and immediately they asked me to record over the voicemail that they currently had and make it more professional to whomever called the facility. My next tenure was Sinai Hospital where I am still employed to this day. I was hired in June of 2001 and before I knew it, I also had to record a new message for the voicemail system in the Department of Outpatient Psychiatry front desk area. Whenever a presentation needs to be done, I am called upon to perform the task of presenting the information to medical professionals and fellow co-workers. Outside of work, I am given opportunities to be the master of ceremonies at various functions in church, banquets, ceremonies and conferences.
