- Experience, training, and equipmentI am very new to this, my professor in my speech class is a former broadcaster and he said I had a great voice for radio. I have no voice over experience, but I am interested in trying. I do online speeches for class right now and everyone in class seems to like my voice. I am currently enrolled in a public speaking class online at South University. The only access I have is my webcam. As far as voice over I have no professional experience. I have been told by a number of people that I have a great voice for radio. I have spoken to numerous people in my past jobs and current, I was a mail carrier for five years, and I work in traffic control currently speaking with the clients and the public on a regular basis.
