Enthusiastic trilingual VoiceOver artist able to speak with British-, French- and Russian-accented English. My first experience of VoiceOver was when I was a kid, doing a home video parodying films dubbed into Russian! My background in singing and voice therapy (as well as a stint training as a conference interpreter) have helped me to develop a wide range of vocal skills, being able to quickly shift between different vocal moods and emotions such as warmth, empathy and calm one minute, to excitement, elation and exhilaration the next depending on what my client is looking for! Whether you're looking for a professional, clear voice to do your tech explainer, or a fun, playful voice for your chocolate bunny ad, I can adapt to your demands. Having spent many years in international environments among French and Russian natives, I am also excellent at mimicking those accents in English (and can speak both of those languages fluently - I also have a smattering of Spanish!) My excellent knowledge of phonetics (I studied linguistics and Russian at Oxford University) also contributes to my ability to mimic accents well.
I post regular YouTube videos with my twin sister about English phonetics and pronunciation (for which we came up with our own jingle!), which has led to me feeling very comfortable and confident behind the microphone. This has also developed my ability to connect with audiences and bring information to life. My knowledge of other languages also make me an asset to an international market.
In terms of work ethic, I am very reliable, professional and communicative and always strive to deliver the best possible result for my clients in a timely manner.
I am keen to explore a range of opportunities including commercials, corporate narratives, documentary narration and have a particular love of audiobooks.
