About Shelley
I'm an experienced VO artist and award winning copywriter living in Los Angeles. My voice is higher pitched and sounds much younger than my age lending itself to play everything from children, teens, young adults and cartoons. I have excellent comic timing as well. I have a wide range of accents and an ability to talk very quickly while still fully pronouncing each word, very useful for legal copy and short radio spots that need to fit in a lot of words. I can also help write or edit copy (if so requested) as I've worked as an advertising writer for many years. I've directed plenty of VO artists for radio spots myself, so I know what it's like on the other side. I'm down to earth and fun and easy to work with and take any criticism and feedback easily.
