Since and early age, my voice has been the entertainment for others. I have enjoyed mimicing the voices of others and watching the reaction I received from friends and family. While in college, I took a linguistics class for my major and learned about the physical process of what I had been doing for years. While employed as an English teacher, I have received requests to announce high school sporting events. I soon found it to be my responsibility as the assistant wrestling coach to function as the announcer for all home wrestling meets. To be honest, I should have begun a voice career long ago.
I am learning about the voice over industry on my own for now. However, I did perform in the top choir of my high school. I continue to sing to this day. Also, I studied English education in college where I was enrolled in several classes that involved public speaking, some acting, and researching the elements, both physical and cultural, involved in vocal reproduction. In fact, my linguistics professors often called on me to mimic an accent or dialect for class purposes.

I often read stories to my students and my daughter. Also, I have, in a way, served as an unofficial spokesperson for several employers throughout both high school and my early twenties by communicating to clients.
