- Experience, training, and equipment
  I've been recording VO for the past 5 years for television / web commercials, short films, and associated projects –– nationally and internationally. Commercially, I've voiced for clients like American Airlines, Carvana, Odell Brewing Company, and Native Instruments, amongst others. And as a working film / video editor for 10+ years, it provides some unique insights beneficial to voiceover. For one, I'm acutely aware of timing and know what the difference between a :15 and a :30 actually mean. But perhaps more importantly, I'm able to understand and interpret creative direction effectively, envisioning how the VO will live in the edit –– video or purely audio. I own and use a Sennheiser 416, UA Preamps, and have ProTools, Logic, and a custom sound studio to help things along.
