I can do an Australian accent, I couldn't tell you which part of Australia but neither could most of my countrymen. I do not have a strong American accent from any area although I have always enjoyed the southern dialect. I can do a mean Scottish accent. My southern Irish isn't bad. I can do myriad stupid voices and as the result of changing the shape of my mouth am happy to try anything. I am 'game for a laugh!'

I have done television voice work for characters in Doctor Who, Red Dwarf and Keep it in the Family. I have done radio ads for Idem Supafax Paper, Walkers Ruffles, and Fortis Real Estate. There have been others most of which are not worthy of mention! I have been an actor since 1984 and was a Stage Manager from 1975 until 1984. I have worked in the West End and did one year in The Mousetrap. I ran a charity for 4 years called 'The Children's Shakespeare Company'. I have made numerous television appearances and had roles in 3 or 4 films. My TV credits include French & Saunders, The Young Ones, Bottom & Mirrorball. I have quite extensive building experience. I am a competent carpenter. I write alot, mostly for my pleasure. I have never had anything published although a play I wrote for young people a few years ago was performed three times at a school close to where I live. I wrote a lot of poetry at one time but have not done this lately. I am setting up two new companies to help young people get interested in Theatre & Film. These are called Theatre Youth and Film Youth.
