LEGAL NOTICE / MENTIONS LEGALE The client or the Producer (or the studio) undertakes that the recordings of the Employee's performance (the Artist-performer Romain ROUGIER) and more generally his voice within the framework of the service covered by this contract, are not used for the purposes of performing machine learning/automatic learning, developing and training AI (artificial intelligence) or as part of word assembly software, recorded in an order and intentions not intended at the time recordings, database training Artificial Intelligence to produce/reproduce/simulate the voice, analysis and manipulation of phonemes, voice synthesis, sample generation, all systems using or modifying timbre, playing, the text and the personality of the actor, the purpose of which would be to record another text (Text to Speech) or different acting intentions than those expressed in the context of the recording subject of these presents. The Producer (or the studio) also undertakes to put in place any technical and contractual arrangements to guarantee compliance with the commitment provided for above.
