About Rob
Rob started mimicking commercials and doing voices for comedic effect well before reaching adulthood. As a different career bloomed, he misplaced that connection with voicing that allowed him to craft a moment. He has now rediscovered it with vigor. He genuinely enjoys connecting with a client message or character a client envisions.
Rob had a flexible vocal range that defaults in the bariton/tenor range. He can do many English speaking accents from regions and various socioeconomic groups across America and around the world . Examples include as many as 10 Southern US accents, ethnic accents, and several flavors of accents from the UK, Australia, in both serious and comedic versions.
Rob is particularly attracted to voiceover engagements that give the listener smile, but also enjoys heartfelt or informative work.

- Additional vocal abilitiesAccents: British (Cockney, RP, less precise mixes of other regionals), Most US Southern, Australian, a few Scottish variants, Irish lilts, and many variants of Americanized accents for German, Italian, French, Spanish, Middle Eastern, African, Islander and Latino. Characters/Impersonations: Robin Leach, Gomer Pyle, Mickey Mouse, Snagglepuss, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer Fudd. General Vocals: Reasonable singing voice that can include some of the accents mentioned above.
- Experience, training, and equipmentRob utilized accents for decades in comedic and friendly use, but eventually became interested in professional voice acting and sought the right training to get the right results. Training is ongoing ranging from Improv to active 1:1 VO Coaching and seminars. Equipment includes a dedicated booth (sub 70db floor, .48 reverb time), quality microphones, and converters from RME and Scarlett. Adobe Audition is the primary DAW, but ProTools and Ableton are available for specific uses.
