Robert is an American voice actor from Atlanta, Georgia and specializes in commercial, animation, and video game voice characterization.
Need a clean recording in less than 24 hours? Robert can do that with his home studio . He is also comfortable working in directed sessions in professional studios or via videoconference. Twenty years of experience in communicating to individuals of all ages in sales, contracting, and coaching has led Robert to an understanding of professionalism, service, and uniqueness behind the microphone.
Aside from professional pursuits, Robert has a passion for video games and animation, which originally piqued his interest in voice acting (who doesn't love Mel Blanc?). Other past and present activities include playing/coaching baseball, practicing martial arts (taekwondo), aviation (40+ hours of flight time), trail running, hiking, and snow skiing. - Experience, training, and equipmentMost of my experience is with commercial and character work. The majority of formal training is with animation and video game characters. That being said, I am also comfortable voicing a relaxed PSA about the benefits of drinking water. My current setup is a condenser microphone paired with a Windows PC/DAW and the recording happens in a home studio environment with sound absorbing and dampening treatments. I also edit every audition so that you get the cleanest sample possible.
