      I have made 2 spoken word CDs...Journey to Sabharata in English and Viaje A Sabharata, the Spanish version. I have been a yoga teacher for many years and these 2 CDs are 25 minutes long, guided meditations, taking the listener on an exciting inward journey to find inner peace. They contain the anti-stress exercise "autogenics" I have also made TV commercials and worked in radio shows (Hudson's Theatre of the Mind, Hudson's Soap) and have been interviewed on live radio. I have read excerpts from my 1-woman play, Anais Anagram for Radio National Australia and was a guest on BBC Radio Guernsey "What the Papers Say" Revived my one woman play "Anais Anagram" in 2008 to full houses in Santa Cruz, Panajachel & La Antigua, Guatemala. Currently living in Santa Cruz, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala with a recording studio facility close by. Currently building a home studio. Educated privately in the UK my main love was for English language and literature. I am an avid reader and as a yoga teacher have taught thousands of classes, each with a guided meditation at the end. These have helped me tremendously, particularly with ad-libbing! My training as a professional actress with Lee Strasberg Studio (London)' Jack Waltzer (Paris New York and London) and the Van Mar Academy of TV & Motion Picture Acting in Hollywood, Jeff Corey's Actors' Workshop in Malibu (plus others) has been very helpful. Simply put, I love learning and performing! I am currently building and upgrading my home studio equipment. Snowball Blue microphone.
