I have minimal voice over experience, but have been told over the last fifty years, “You should be doing voice overs!”I was once in a closed-circuit television “sign off” position> I believe they called it “a continuity.”
I have been an actor in college theatre and community theatre, generally for the fun of it. I’ve also had my own radio show as a disk jockey, playing jazz recordings in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. These were pre-recorded thirty minutes to one hour broadcasts at NBS Radio. My show was called MIXED BAG. I also did Public Service announcements on the show.

I’m a graduate of Earlham COllege, IN, BA in psychology-sociology; a graduate of the University of Connectict, MA, from the School of Social Work. In undergraduate school at Earlham, I was a principal bass soloist; in King Henry IV as Owen Glendowner; Much Ado about Nothing as Balthazar; Androcles and the Lion as Ferrovious; Trial by Jury (Gilbert and Sullivan) as the Court Usher.Two of my own plays were produced — one in college and the other in Community Theatre in Chicago with the Skyloft Players at South Parkway Community Center. Stuff like that.
I don’t have a studio, but one within 30 minutes accessibility called ON THE AIR STUDIOS and owned by Richard Bianco. The studios have standard equipment. Mr. Bianco is a voice over coach. I am able to record at home in a studio like setting
I have no claims as an engineer, but with some limited undesrstanding, based on my broadcasting a number of years ago.
I have performed solo for pay as a folk singer, accompanied by guitar. My knowlege of jazz is good. My knowledge of classical music less so, but highly passable. My late wife was a classical musician as a performer, teacher, and administrator. I learned much from her.
