About Rich
Based in the Greater Los Angeles area, Rich Owen brings over two decades of professional voiceover experience to every project. A rugged authority with a smooth finish, his grounded bass baritone blends blue-collar credibility with premium warmth - textured yet controlled, confident without edge.
Often compared to the likes of Sam Elliott and Mike Rowe, Rich delivers lived-in authenticity with effortless polish. His voice carries the weight of experience, making it a natural fit for automotive, industrial, financial, documentary, and heritage brands that require strength without strain.
As a retired attorney, Rich understands nuance, clarity, and persuasion - bringing precision and integrity to every script. Versatile and highly directable, he moves seamlessly from warm, trustworthy commercial reads to smooth corporate narration and deep, cinematic promo work.
Professional. Prepared. On time. Every time.
