My 22 year carreer as a federal air traffic controller forced me to achieve a clear and understandable voice. My voice was my tool of trade requiring it to be understood and its delivery to be strong so no misunderstanding of my instructions would be in question. If you want it said with conviction, I'm the man to do it!
My work environment offered me a foothole into what became a seven year side job as high school sports announcer in our local community. I have announced hundreds of football, baseball, and basketball games, as well as master of ceromonies at several venues. I feel comfortable in front of crowds. Many folks would take the time to stop by the announcing booth to offer compliments at sporting events all leading towards the fact that they felt as if they were at a professional NFL, NBA game. This is where my talent lies.
Born and raised in New York, my accent remains true to New York without the Brooklyn dialect, but if necessary I can add it.
