About Raymond
(He/him)Raymond Flotat is a voice actor based in Los Angeles. A stone's throw from downtown, Burbank, North Hollywood and Hollywood, he hangs his hat in the lovely East LA city of Alhambra. He is equally open to commercial/advertising opportunities as well as cartoon / video game character voices of all kinds.

After working in the realms of technology and music journalism, the unique creativity and storytelling aspects of voice acting drew him in. That, and many years of nearly every industry-adjacent person telling him, "Wow, you should really be in voice over work” and a life filled with emulating sounds and lapsing into character voices spontaneously became too hard to ignore, and thus here we are.
Raymond has a versatile voice that plays well for warm, soothing, trust-inspiring narration or raspy, fear-inducing monsters. While naturally his voice sits in a strong baritone range, he can shift and emote characters across many different octaves. Whether you're looking for a snooty elf, a spastic gargoyle or a trustworthy voice of authority to promote a product or narrate a documentary , he’ll find a voice that works.
Raymond can record in person throughout the Los Angeles area or at home with his pro-level recording gear. His strong work ethic and reliability have been remarked on by several clients, and he’s happy to take a on standard VO reads as well as more unusual projects.
