About Chris
Hi! I'm Chris McGinnis, and I am a voice actor/voice-over artist with a warm, strong, mostly-neutral American English male voice. I do have a natural slight Appalachian/Southern accent that I can either tame or indulge in depending on the project. I am versatile in my work and put great care into providing a professional product at a reasonable cost. I also believe in maintaining positive work relationships that hopefully will turn into long term partnerships. My goal is to provide what you need to complete your creative project while maintaining integrity and the joy of the creative process. Let's get to work!

I have a down home style voice; warm, comforting, and confident, with a penchant for sarcastic humor. Voice print could be compared to Nathan Fillion. While not as deep, "country" reads have a certain Sam Elliott quality. Fitting for any project that requires a southern or western authenticity.
- Experience, training, and equipmentI have coached with Cliff Zellman, J. Michael Collins, and Wendy Lands. I utilize an Audio-technica AT-2020 mic and a FocusRite Scarlette 2i2 preamp. I do my editing in TwistedWave and any necessary audio processing with iZotope RX Elements.
