- Experience, training, and equipmentI have been working in a radio industry for 10 years, in Tanzania. The radio station is clouds fm, while i was there i got an opportunity to do different commercials mostly entertainments.Now that i am in the U.S. I'm working with a christian radio station called Family radio where i get to voice the openings and closings of different programs, unfortunately we don't have any commercials where i could practice. I got my AA degree in radio and tv broadcasting at Laney college in Oakland CA. There after I joined the University of California Hayward for my B.A in communications with an emphasis in mass communcations.While I was at the Jr. college i did an internship at KTVU channel 2, this was very interesting.I got to learn how the news was being generated, i did some editing on the footage and also learnt some production. I'm fluent in English and Kiswahili, I'm very good in hosting events,I'm knowledgeable in using microsoft word, sage, outlook and excel.
