A Voice That Sounds Like Someone You Know
Hi, I'm Marcella. If your project needs a voice that sounds like an actual person said it, not a voice actor, you're in the right place.
I do natural, conversational reads. Warm. Grounded. The kind your audience believes.
I work across a lot of spaces: healthcare and pharma, corporate and B2B, PSA and nonprofit, consumer brand commercials, financial services, higher education, political and advocacy. Basically, if you are looking for that "real person" or "trustworthy" or "conversational" read, that's my sweet spot.
Healthcare and mom reads feel especially close to home for me. I connect to that material genuinely, and it comes through in the read.
I'm an African American voice actor, and clients often bring me in when a project needs to feel culturally authentic while still reaching a broad audience. That balance is something I'm comfortable in.
I record from a professional home studio, turn things around quickly, and I actually take direction well. Not everyone does.
