Peter Baker is an award-winning voice actor located in the UK. He has been actively working as a voice actor since 1975. He has worked for a diverse pool of clients and brands, such as Powerade, McDonalds, Deutsche Bank and Jaguar USA. Peter Baker is a highly experienced and respected British voiceover and is very fast and reliable.   I’m a former BBC presenter on both radio as well as TV reading news bulletins. Recent voiceovers have included commercials for Jaguar, and corporate narrations for Powerade, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Premier Foods, and Siemens as well as zillions of less well known organisations. I love the work as I help make often dry, uninspiring scripts really come alive! I really try to get into each character and believe in what I'm saying. I was sponsored through Bath University by the BBC - one of only two that year with a degree course in Audio and Electronic Engineering. I have attended courses in acting and voice projection. I started radio engineering for the BBC and have continuously updated my equipment and expertise. Today I have my own broadcast quality studio with a Neumann U87 and Neumann a TLM 103 microphone. I also have my own Chromakey studio for green screen "In-Vision" recordings. Reading your script from my own Autocue / teleprompter, I offer video files so you can use me as a "TV newsreader" if required. My skills include video editing using Premiere Pro so if you give me backgrounds, I can complete the whole keying process if required. My fees include recording, editing, optimization and delivery of all files, and all rights to the recording in all media for ever. I don't have any pesky money-grubbing agent, so the fees are reasonable to direct clients. I always offer new clients a free demo of their actual script to help them make up their mind.
