Finished Grammar School in the UK with A-levels in French and Biology. Penny was a member of the West Midlands Police force for 3 years, before moving to California. After 20+ years in the travel industry both with American Airlines, and various travel agencies, she became and still is a trainer of people who have dogs.

Penny has 20+ years as a travel agent, talking reservation requests on the phone with clients; calling service providers and planning trips. Sounding professional & can-do was very important to the success of the agencies she worked in. Penny also worked as an independent agent for 5 years, gaining experience working for herself, and learning the importance of professionalism and integrity.
Penny also teaches people how to live and work with their dogs. The knowledge and use of semantics can facilitate change in people's behavior, which benefits the dog they live with.
