I have worked as a professional vocalist
for more than 10 years.
Major label credits with companies such as: Polygram, Universal, Virgin UK, and extensive touring in the US and abroad includes:
UK, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.
Performed lead vocal for a song written by
a British songwriter and producer for Japanese
vehicle the "Rav 4". Song entitled: "Jump To My Love"
Worked with Saatchi and Saatchi,
(South Africa) while living in
Ghana (West Africa)-
a spoken part, and also singing
part for a locally produced
jingle in Accra, Ghana
I also had a cameo vocal performance in
the movie "Showgirls" directed by
Paul Verhoeven of: "Basic Instinct"
and "Total Recall" fame, and collaborated
with Dave Stewart of "The Eurythmics"
No official training, but experience mostly
associated with voiceover offers made due to my
contacts, reputation and experience in the
recording industry. I grew up in an
environment of radio and voiceover talent:)
my dad was a radio announcer for 20+ years,
(I almost became a professional radio announcer instead of pursuing a career as a professional
recording artist. I am a natural talent,
(there are a few of us still about) and take direction very well.
I am a songwriter, and diversely talented vocalist.
My sound is soulful, and have been compared to
Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Annie Lennox,
and Tina Turner.
