About Otto
(they/them)Otto Klemp is a St. Louis based stage actor beginning work in the voice-over industry. Specializing in Shakespeare, plays, modern literature, and classic literature, Otto provides smooth, engaging narration and gives distinct life to characters. Most recently, Otto was hired by the Fox Charitable Arts Foundation to be the voice of the Ken Page Awards, formerly known as the St. Louis High School Musical Theatre Awards (SLHSMTA). Soon, they will also be the narrator of Death's Door Boat Tours in Door County, Wisconsin.
While having a wealth of experience with goofy, over-the-top character voices perfect for animation or video games, Otto can also provide a grounded, authentic, and powerful sound for work that requires it, or an intellectual, refined, direct sound for advertisement or e-learning.
Otto provides quick turnarounds for short projects, and gives time, care, and attention to longer projects to provide consistent quality.
