Hi! I'm Nico Schanding. I'm a 21 year old, Atlanta based, queer trans man. I'm a voice over talent interested in commercial, animation, and children's audiobook narration. I love voice acting and hope that love shows through my work. I'm always looking to learn and do more.

- Additional vocal abilitiesI have a natural general American and southern American accents from growing up in Atlanta, Georgia. I have a lovely British accent from living in the UK for a period of time, as well as a basic Irish accent. I can voice anything from kids to adults. As a transgender man, I can also do the voices of women, so long as those women have slightly deeper voices. The voices I can do include, but are not limited to, sympathetic and caring, natural and conversational, childlike, animated and cartoonish, evil, panicked, peppy, annoying, and robotic.
- Experience, training, and equipmentMy training includes private coaching with Robin Reed, classes with The Groundlings Theatre, The Pack Theater, Atlanta Voiceover Studio, The Legacy Theatre, John Gollogly, and Mark Kendall. I have taken voice acting, stage acting, and improv classes. I use a Rode NT1 microphone, Scarlett Solo interface, and a pop filter. I edit with Audacity. I have a soundproof home studio.
