NATASHA KRAUSE is an actress and comedian currently based in Los Angeles. She was born in a small town in Maryland and lived in New York for a minute, where she was a performer and faculty member in both the Upright Citizens Brigade and The Armory at the Tank Theatre.
Focusing on comedy, she has extensively studied sketch, improv and character and has pushed her level of performance farther by delving into clown. Some of her teachers include John Gilkey, Dr. Brown, Jessica Eason, Billy Merritt and Amrita Dhaliwal.
Natasha is currently a cast member on a dungeons and dragons podcast, "Hero Club" featuring talent like Nolan North, Hayley Joel Osment and Jack Quaid (just to name a few). She has appeared in videos for Más Mejor (Broadway Video’s premium comedy studio powered by Latino voices) and FOMO Daily on YouTube as a reactor to K-Pop videos. Natasha can be seen performing in her monthly show at UCB Franklin called "Send in My Clowns" (which is the first ever clown variety hour at the theatre) or probably at any theatre that serves hard kombucha.
Natasha has worked as a producer and director on both coasts. For 5+ years, she has professionally produced events for the Upright Citizens Brigade to bring customized comedy programs to groups across the country including improv, sketch, storytelling and public speaking intensives. These workshops focus on creating an inclusive environment to help people get out of their comfort zones and reach a higher place of understanding with others while having fun. She also co-teaches a physical comedy workshop every other week at The Clubhouse for people interested in exploring techniques that focus on physicality, emotion and other tools to give their performance a unique edge.
In addition to her performance background, Natasha is a certified cacao ceremony facilitator and shamanic life coach.
