I have the capability to do auditions from home but for your final audio I will go to one of 4 studios in my area that I have a relationship with. They are all less than a 20 min drive from my home and accessible by public transportation as well. Basically, there's never a problem for me to get into a booth!
The studios I work with are very professional and reliable. They all have the capability to do ISDN's, phone patches, email files, FTP upload and FedEx.
I’ve been a TV promo producer for over 12 years, a freelance producer for the past 5+years, and doing voiceover work for the past three. In my career I have been lucky enough to work with a very diverse group of clients. I have plenty of experience working in the various aspects of production and post-production. Budgets, quick deadlines, high end animation, internal & external clients, project management, shoots, print, radio, talent auditions, directing voiceover talent, my own voiceover work, and even some directing of kids for on-air spots, are all part of my “arsenal” so to speak. All that said, I definitely understand the ins and outs of production, client needs, and how to get the job done.
