I began my voice over career as an on-air personality in 1988. I've worked at easy listening, classic rock and heavy metal broadcast radio stations. I still hold my FCC license. These jobs also required commercial voice overs. While working for a major insurance company as a claim processor, I recorded the phone tree message for that specific branch. I continue to do voice over work for radio and video productions in my current job as a video producer for a college. I am currently working on voicing over a virtual tour that will be placed on the college's website. I have also done voice over work for TV commercials on our local Time Warner cable system. My childish voice is just something I've always done for fun, though I've fooled many people when using it.
