About Michael
I have a deep yet friendly voice with a gravelly undertone; some say a bit of a smoker's voice. I have recorded VO professionally for documentary film as well as TV and radio ads. My past jobs range from likable "the guy next door" type, California surfer type to "the sexy smokers voice" in wide range of commercials including Dell, Seiko, American Express, HP, UBS, Huntington Bank, TSMC, FM Global Insurance, Trojan Condoms, Mitchell Gold - Bob Williams, Sunoco/Hess Gas Stations and Bloomberg Radio.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI have been a working actor and voice over artist for over 15 years. I have commercial and legitimate representation but also represent myself as a freelance VO professional. I am a non-fee paying member of SAG/Aftra (ficor) and may work both union and non-union jobs. Some of my past jobs, both national and locally, include Sunoco-Hess, American Express, HP, FM Global, TSMC, UBS, Huntington Bank, Sunoco/Hess, Mitchell Gold-Bob Williams, Trojan condoms, Delimex, Scott's Turf Builder, Channel, Jaguar, Taco Bell, New Jersey Power and Electric, NY Lotto, Audi, T-Mobile, Nike, Party Poker website, Long John Silver, Ten More Good Years (documentary) and others. These jobs ranged from TV and Radio to Feature Film. I studied acting at William Esper Studios in NYC and earned my masters at this studio program in 1999. I also work with several VO coaches in NYC to keep my VO skills current and unique. In 1992 I graduated from UCSB with a BA in Film Studies. Professional home recording/voice over booth, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro CC editing software, Sennheiser mics and Behringer Amps.
