Mhairi Morrison is an award winning British female voice artist, actress and mime. She is bilingual, English/French, having worked for years in Paris and currently sings in French as the host of a French cabaret in Los Angeles. Acting credits include the feature films Young Adam (with Ewan McGregor, Tilda Swinton and Emily Mortimer) Green Street Hooligans (with Elijah Wood) and O, Jerusalem (with Ian Holm) TV credits include Casualty (BBC), Missing (ITV) and Emo (Channel 4)
She recently won an Audio File Earphones award for her narration of The Reluctant Highlander, by Amanda Scott. She has also won best actress (Web Series Mag) and was nominated Best Actress in a Comedy (ISA awards) for her performance in her web-series Feathers and Toast.
She is also a mime artist and performs a mime several times a week, shooting in her home studio and distributing the series, One Mime at a Time, online. She has created mimes for Adobe and Warner Bros and performed live for the IAWTV awards show in Los Angeles, in 2017.

Since 2004 she has worked as a writer and VO artist for audio description. She has narrated the description for hundreds of TV shows (most recent credits include Master Chef, Master Chef Junior and Hells Kitchen –all for FOX) and feature films including Happy Feet, Baby Mama and Painkillers. She has also written and voiced the audio description for a variety of National Park Service productions including the tour of The White House and Mount Rainier National Park.
She has narrated 13 audiobooks and won an Audio File Earphones Award for her narration of The Reluctant Highlander, by Amanda Scott (Oct 2017)

Mhairi is also a passionate human rights advocate, having campaigned for years against human rights violations. She is involved with the FiSahara Film festival; an annual human rights film festival located in a refugee camp in the Sahara desert, along the border of The Western Sahara and Algeria. She is a founding member of the Los Angeles chapter of Amnesty International and has just returned to Los Angeles following a European tour of her music video Don't Silence Me, which speaks to sexual assault. She held screenings and panel discussions in London, Paris and Glasgow. For the project she was interviewed on CBS News, The BBC and for many newspapers including The Times, The Daily Record and was interviewed on BBC Radio Scotland and The BBC WorldService.
