Memo began his artistic career in 1982 in Monterrey, México, acting in over 25 theatrical productions, including notable roles in The Elephant Man, The Mousetrap, and Waiting for Godot. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computerized Administration, he pursued postgraduate studies at Drama Studio London. Upon returning to Mexico, he transitioned to film dubbing in Mexico City, becoming the Spanish voice for actors such as Mel Gibson and John Travolta. He also worked in advertising campaigns and acted in soap operas like Los parientes pobres.
In 1997, Memo joined Telemundo Miami, hosting Edición Especial, Mira que TVO (winning two Emmys), and Ay caramba (winning a third Emmy). He hosted Café Romance on Romance 106.7, earning an AIR award. Memo appeared in various TV commercials, sitcoms like Radio pirata, and shows on Univision and Galavisión. His theatrical work includes roles in Baño de damas and The Last of the Red-Hot Lovers. Memo has been involved in industrial videos, and over 800 commercials yearly since 2001. He created comedic content for Univisión and Yahoo in Spanish, and has acted in shows like Burn Notice. He has also produced successful web segments and served as co-president of the SAG-AFTRA Miami local. Memo has three Voice Arts Awards and remains dedicated to supporting fellow actors.
