About Melanie
I’m an experienced voiceover artist and trained actor with a northern or neutral British English accent. I work from my excellent quality studio in Sheffield, UK.
Clients include, Cancer Research UK, AXA Health, Staropramen, The Cooperative Pensions, Harper Audio and W F Howes. I have narrated over 50 audiobooks and work regularly in radio/audio comedy and drama and on commercial and corporate projects.
I'm great with comedy and drama and have an assured, no-nonsense, trustworthy natural voice; mature, believable, sincere and gentle. I’m a versatile character actor with a range of UK and international dialects and accents. My voice age range is 30s-50s and wider for character voices.
