Matt Williams' voice talent has been awarded an Emmy and several Tellys. He has literally voiced over a thousand local/regional/national commercials for TV and radio-air play.
His character voices are heard around the nation from the 'old prospector' in the welcome kiosk at the Grand Coulee Dam to the 'racoon' that encourages kids not to talk to strangers in a regional public school safety campaign video.
His comprehensive on-camera work includes on-camera spokesman roles for Chrysler, Safeway, Intel, Hewlett Packard and other national, regional and local companies. He has also had roles in two major motion pictures, two made-for-television feature films and a television series.
Matt has been the "promo voice" for several radio stations and the Fox affiliate in Portland, OR (KPTV)
Matt's professional career began in 1975 as an actor performing in the local theaters in the Los Angeles area.
He graduated from the KISS-FM Radio Broadcasting School in 1978.
He studied with Walt Disney's Dallas McKennon on character voices.
Matt's experience encompasses over 8 years in television including live-TV in Vancouver, Washington where he co-anchored a daily news program, and hosted television talk shows dealing with local issues.
For 4 years Matt was the Audio Production Director and Video Commercial Producer for the FOX affiliate in Portland, OR, KPTV.
As a producer he has extensive experience on multi-track audio and video production equipment including non-linear video and audio digital work stations.

Matt holds a vocational teaching certificate in radio broadcasting in the state of Oregon. He was an instructor with the National Broadcasting School from 1986-88.
Matt has guest lecturer in the broadcast department at Cal Poly Tech in San Luis Obispo, California.
He has taught marriage and parenting seminars for the last 20 years.
