This isn't just speaking-- it's acting. Acting always begins with discovery. I want to know what the director (the client) is looking for to discover a general range to work with. Then, the creation of a character can take place-- making solid choices that naturally affect the tenor of the voice. My voice is often described as soothing, or one that folks can listen to for an extended period of time. I quite enjoy creating voiceovers for informational videos or modules-- it's important to me to take text that might be considered "boring" and make it come alive.
